ROLLERS ROLLER DISCO at St Ives Guildhall, Cornwall invites you to SKATE INTO WINTER 2008 with the RETURN OF THE ROLLER DISCO!
WE WILL BE RE-OPENING SATURDAY 4th OCTOBER and WILL BE OPEN EVERY SATURDAY (suitable for all ages) & SATURDAY NIGHT (Over 18s)
So.... Do you fancy "getting your skates on'? Are you looking for a different kind of entertainment? Want to try something new that will 'knock the socks off' all other events in St Ives this winter?
Tell your skate mates, invite a skate-date and trip the light fantastic at Rollers Roller Disco, St Ives Guildhall!
Please see session times below. All prices quoted include free skate hire plus hire of helmets, pads & wrist guards
SATURDAY DAYTIME SESSIONS
11am - 12pm - Beginners plus parents (£4 entry)
12.30pm - 2.30pm - Under 12s and parents (£5 entry / £4 if you have your own skates)
3.00pm - 5.00pm - All abilities / Games sessions (£5 entry / £4 if you have your own skates)
5.30pm - 7.30pm - Over 13s & Under 18s (£5 entry / £4 if you have your own skates)
SATURDAY NIGHT FANCY DRESS SESSIONS (Over 18s only)
8.00pm - 10.30pm - Over 18s only - (£7 entry / £5 if you have your own skates). Spectators’ admission charge £3.00.

Roller Disco is a fantastic way to meet new people, keep you fit and bring back some nostalgic memories or create some new ones whilst you enjoy a fabulous retro party atmosphere. It doesn't matter if you are skating for the very first time or reminiscing with leg warmers and sweatbands, our Roller Disco will have everyone getting down and feeling the groove - and the constant crashing into each other makes for a friendly atmosphere in which you can help each other off the floor whilst engaging in some harmless flirting…
“Get your skates on" and roll along to what will be one of the hottest nights in Cornwall at Rollers ROLLER DISCO!!
We'll be playing all the seventies hits, funky house music and classic 80's tunes to take you back in time and get you in the Roller Disco party atmosphere as well as some current chart music to return you to the noughties. Even if you are too young to remember Roller Disco for the first time, there's no reason why you can't get into the seventies swing of things...
The standard of the skating is hugely varied so don't worry if it's your first time! We'll have staff and skate marshals on hand to help untangle the amateur skaters...
Don't want to skate? If you don't want to skate but still want to come along and soak up the Roller Disco atmosphere whilst watching your friends or family skate around the rink, please feel free to take a seat in the spectators' area, listen to the music and enjoy a drink or some snacks from the cafe / food bar whilst watching your friends or family skate around.
