Sennen Cove & Gwenvor

Sennen is cornwalls most westerly lifeguarded beach with Gwenver at the north end of the sands.

It is probably the most exposed to any swell and usually the safest bet in the summer months, Gwenver getting the more swell of the two. Its offshore on a South east wind and is exposed to any atlantic swells.

Banks are ever changing but summer at high tide generally is a no no with a steep build up of sand at high tide preventing any breaking waves.
